  • HSSIM stands for Standing Instruction Maintenance. 
  • HSSIM command is used for SI from SB to RD in DOP Finacle 
  • Note :- that for giving the standing instructions from TDA accounts(SCSS,MIS and TD) accounts to SB accounts we should not use this menu. 
  • For giving the standing instructions for TDA accounts(SCSS,MIS and TD) accounts we have to go for account modification menu and enter the interest credit account as SB account number of the customer and submit and verify in the supervisor. 
  • Menu Shortcut - HSSIM 
  • GO 
  • Function Add 
  • GO 
  • The following screen will be appeared.

    Then the system will ask to enter the following in the header details

    • Select the Standing Instruction Type as "customer induced"
    • Enter the CIF Id of the customer in the field CIF ID.
    • Select the Standing Instruction Frequency as Monthly,date and Previous day as shown
    • Select the field execution time as "B-after change of Date"
    • Enter the filed Next execution date as "give the next execution date"  as shown in the figure

    Then click on instruction details then the system will ask to enter the following

    Debit Entry
    • Select the CCY filed as "INR"(Indian Rupee)
    • Enter the account id of the customer "SB account number of the customer"
    • Select the amt type field as "Fixed"
    • Select Debit/Credit field as "Debit"
    • Enter the amount field "as amount of RD amount" as shown

    Then click on Add as shown then the system will ask to enter the following

    Credit Entry
    • Select the CCY filed as "INR"(Indian Rupee)
    • Enter the account id of the customer "RD account number of the customer"
    • Select the amt type field as "Fixed"
    • Select Debit/Credit field as "Credit"
    • Enter the amount field "as amount of RD amount" as shown

    • Then finally click on submit then the system will generate the standing instruction number as shown

    • Then note down the instruction number and verify the same in the supervisor.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am directed by competent authority to convey the following

    This is regarding Linking  of AADHAR (Bulk) in CIF through CSV file. Trail mail from DD sir on the above subject is forwarded for reference.

    We are still getting mails from Sub offices/HOs directly. Circles are requested to kindly consolidate the list and share us consolidated file for upload. We will be sharing failure reports to Circles only for onward transmission to concerned POs.

    We are getting several references from POs seeking clarification on bulk linking of AADHAAR. Details of Bulk linking is given below for reference.

    Following process is done during bulk upload

    a)      Aadhar is linked to CIF and not to any particular account. SB number in csv file is updated as AADHAR LINKED ACCOUNT NUMBER in CIF. Aadhar Based credits will be received in this SB account once seeded with NPCI. Suppose if a CIF is linked to 10 RD accounts and 2 NSC and 1 SB account, bulk csv file will contain ONLY SB account number and AADHAR number . This aadhar will be linked as Address Proof in corresponding CIF of the given SB account . SB account number in CSV file is updated as AADHAR LINKED ACCOUNT NUMBER in CIF. Once this is done, all 13 accounts under the CIF are deemed to be linked with AADHAR.

    b)      AADHAR NUMBER is updated as ADDRESS PROOF in document details 1, document code is updated as ADHAR, Aadhar number is updated in Unique ID field. (We have taken up for updating AADHAR as IDENTITY PROOF for which solution is expected).

    b)       Country of Issue is updated as INDIA

    c)       Document Code is updated as as ADHAR

    d)      Preferred flag is updated as YES


    *Please note – AADHAR MANDATE FLAG WILL NOT BE UPDATED as part of Bulk Liking of Aadhar. This has to be done after receipt of CONSENT FORM from customer across counter through CMRC. Once Mandate flag is updated, AADHAR will get seeded with NPCI through mapper file. Once seeded, aadhar based benefits will be received in the AADHAR LINKED ACCOUNT NUMBER. Hence POs to update the MANDATE AVAILABLE flag ONLY AFTER RECEIPT OF CUSTOMER CONSENT FORM*


    Please ensure the below mentioned points

    1. The data should be in the prescribed template in the CSV format only
    2. *Data from POs to be consolidated at circle level and shared for upload only from Circle*
    3. A single CSV can contain maximum of 20000 records
    4. CSV file can contain data of more than one office also
    5. CEPT will be coordinating only with Circle SPOCs
    6. CEPT will not entertain direct correspondence with Sub Offices and HPOs directly

    CEPT after processing the details through script, will share the failure reports with the circle SPOCs for onward transmission to concerned PO.

    Emails for AADHAR LINKING received directly from SOs / HPOs will be updated with an automated reply to direct through Circle SPOCs .

    Stop payments can be marked as per customer’s request through the menu option HSPP. Stop Payment instructions for a cheque(s) can be entered only if Issue of concerned chequebook has been acknowledged by customer and is duly entered in the system. Therefore, it is necessary that cheque book should be in acknowledged status before any stop payment instructions are entered in the system. The process of HSPP is given below

    • Menu Shortcut - HSPP

    • Fuction - S-Stop Pay

    • No. Of Leaves - ________

    • Verify the Account in HSPPAU Menu in supervisor 
    You can also print the report of Cheque stop payment. Select Function Code as print and fill the account no. The report will be print in HPR.

      *   Bulk Seeding file should be CSV file format.

      *   Only 20000 accounts should be given in one file.

      *   This file consists of 2 columns. First column should be Aadhaar Number and Second column should be CBS Account Number.

      *   Valid 12 digit AADHAAR NUMBER should be updated in Aadhaar Number field.

      *   CBS Account Number should be valid SB account number. No other scheme accounts viz RD,MIS,TD,SCSS, ETC should be updated in this column. Any Direct Benefit Transfer scheme funds if any will be received only in this linked ACCOUNT NUMBER. Hence if any other scheme account is given in this column, updating will fail for this record.

      *   On sharing the files in required format, we will upload the files and failure reports will be shared next day. Failure_1, Failure_2 report will be shared. It is presumed that balance records have been successfully seeded with AADHAAR.

      *   Bulk uploading is uploading of AADHAAR NUMBER in CIF . Aadhaar number is updated as ADDRESS PROOF currently. CBS Account Number(Valid SB account) is uploaded as Aadhaar Linked Account Number.

      *   If Aadhaar Number is invalid or Account number is invalid, record will not be uploaded. This will appear in failure report_1 or failure report _2.​

    All SOs/HOs send the CSV files to concern division office..

    After Migration of data and Signature, we can able to access Account details in Finacle application. But while view Signature it may show the error details as

    For finacle Desktop Settings Just Click on Below link
    • Kindly Check your Java Settings in Fiancle
    • Check below settings 

    1. Navigate to the Java installation directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\binby default)
    2. Open javacpl.exe
    3. Open the Advanced tab
    4. Expand the Java Plug-in node
    5. Clear the check box Enable the next-generation Java Plug-in (requires browser restart)
    After Complete above settings you can able to view Signature in Finacle Application.
